SS2010 collection
I always feel odd in the stereotype of manly and menswear. We respected traditional style and
sewing of the men's wear in this collection. And "doubt" to the tradiction ocurred of us when we
thought about modern mode. We wantes to widen limitation of the menswear by expressing it.

Yui Hashimoto graduated from Esmod tokyo in 2000, afterwards worked as an assistant in
Yab-Yum and Lolo. His own brand started by the name of ETHOS in 2003 and ETHOSENS
started with the AW 07/08 and presents the collection twice a year in Tokyo.
'ETHOS' has the meaning Habit, and 'SENS' has the meaning Sense. ETHOSENS was born
fusing these two words. We think that there is new discovery by paying more attention to all
senses to be born from habit.
We aim at the innovate expression that can become the standard in the future, and we want
to pursue the essential creation that can bring new sense of values in the world.
